Here is an (alternative and slightly subversive) set of basis nodes for Rationale.  They took me about an hour to produce, and are fully integrated with Rationale - because of the way Rationale dynamically reads in the basis nodes.  I simply googled for images and took screenshots, now that basis nodes can be any image format (not just .wmf).
